Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by membership tier: Bronze members Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Gold members Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, Platinum members unlimited. Daily withdrawal limits also apply based on tier.
Withdrawal processing times vary by membership level: Bronze members 1-3 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), Gold members 30-60 minutes with priority processing, Platinum members instant processing 24/7 (typically under 15 minutes). First withdrawal requires identity verification, which may extend processing time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You must wager at least 1x (one times) your deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Bonuses must be fully wagered per their specific terms before withdrawal. cil99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.
cil99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your financial institution may impose receiving fees which are beyond our control.
All bonuses offered by cil99 are subject to specific terms and conditions clearly stated in the promotional materials. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers or coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit, will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
Most bonuses require wagering (also called "rollover" or "playthrough") before funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus" means you must wager 30 times the bonus value). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games 10%, sports betting 100%.
When an active bonus is in your account, maximum bet restrictions apply: Rp 50,000 per spin/bet for slots, or 10% of the bonus amount for sports betting, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days). You may request bonus forfeiture at any time through customer support if you wish to withdraw funds without completing wagering requirements.
